About Him
If I was a book I'd probably not have the most exciting cover, but once you started reading you'd never put me down.
When you get tired of those books with fantastic pictures on the outside and empty pages on the inside, pick me up and have a read.
I'm a South African guy who's been living in the UK for 7 years. I consider myself to be honest, caring, patient and kind. I'm a good listener and I will move mountains for the special people in my life.
I love music and I'm usually playing it a little too loud. I'm pretty flexible with my tastes but consider U2, Green Day, Scissor sisters to be some of my favourites. That doesn't mean I don't like some 80's through to 00's though including some dance, techno, house etc.Oh yes and some earlier rock. I'm learning to play guitar. I enjoy cooking and will often experiment with something new and unique, usually successfully too. A good bottle of wine to accompany a good meal is great too (bubbly for the special occasions). I'm not a heavy drinker but know how to have a good time.
I'm a giving person and think there is nothing more special than seeing the ones you care about smiling back at you.
I'm looking for that Intelligent, confident, mischievious and fun person who wants to live life and experience everything it has to give. She would be willing to enjoy a quiet romantic dinner for two or a barefoot walk on the beach at sunset.
The ability to ignore my bad guitar playing would be a definate plus!
